Lump on dds jaw

Hi dd2 age 5 mentioned she had a sore mouth. Looked in but couldn't see anything. I've just brushed her hair and felt a reasonably large hard lump in her cheek/jaw. Definatley not a Lymph node but nothing I can see to do with teeth/abcess etc. very odd. It feels about the size of a marble but isn't visible, you can only feel it. Any ideas?
