My daughter had a cold before half term, she has now been left with constant ear ache. She complains of words repeating when she talks, reduced hearing etc. I have been to the GP to check her ears aren't infected, which they aren't, he said that it could take several weeks for this to clear-just give her paracetamol to control the pain. She isn't 'ill' and needing to stay off school, but just not herself. We are using the steam with karvol and the karvol plug in at night time.
Has anyone got another suggestions please?
