Bumpy red rash

DD, 8 weeks, has all of a sudden got a bumpy red rash on both cheeks. Doesn't seem unwell a little unsettled maybe. Am just searching for thermometer to do her temperature

Any ideas if I should be worried or what it could be? Xxx

no idea but with one that tiny if you're worried you need to call out of hours I think.

Could be baby acne but I agree with tobysmum- if in doubt with a baby that small call out of hours.

Does sound like baby acne.
