My dd who is 4 has always had probs down below, bit like a thrush type reaction. First time I went to doc, they said try canesten. It periodically goes away but always comes back. She is at nursery full time and don't wipe her bum effectively (SOS TMI). I'm finding it hard to control and she has like warty bumps near her bum. Anyone know why? Iam planning to,take her to docs but does this sound like recurrent thrush!
