Chickenpox, HFM or something else?

Just wondering what on earth my twins have got. Started both times with about 24 hours of fever (up to 39.4) and sore throat, then the fever broke and blisters with a rash appeared. The rash is all over, though the blisters have mostly just appeared on hands, feet, limbs and around their mouths. See photos.

Incidentally, I was quite ill last week with a sore throat and was swabbed for strep throat (results have not come back yet), so when they first came down with fevers and sore throats, I thought for sure that they had strep. Obviously not, though!

The rash doesn't seem itchy and tbh both girls are quite chirpy despite blisters. Is this hand foot and mouth? Chickenpox? Random virus?

Not cp, would suspect HFM

HFM is going around at the moment. DS had it first and hardly noticed, DD has it really badly, rash all over, blisters on face, hands, feet and joints.
