Sick but otherwise well

Last Sunday dd1 was sick twice and had diarrhoea. It lasted a day and she was very pale but other than that she was fine.

Last night she woke up and was sick and had diarrhoea and she was very pale again. This morning I had to chuck her knickers away as they were covered in poo and some blood. She's recently been very constipated and she also had a small cut where her poo was so big :(

Do you think the blood from last nights knickers could have been from her cut even though I thought it had gone as I've been putting the cream the doc prescribed and it was diarrhoea rather than a large poo? Or is it worth taking her back again saying it mustn't be coming from the cut?

Also if it's a bug causing the sickness wouldn't we have caught it? None of our DC have been sick before without feeling rough or some sort of bug so this is new to me.

I also meant to put sickness in the title rather than just sick as that doesn't really make sense. I've not had much sleep!
