Dd who is 4 started with a fever on Saturday night, not too hot but clearly very miserable and shivering without calpol. I have also given her one dose of nurofen at bedtime each night too because temp although only going up to 38.7 makes her unable to sleep. I know there is a virus doing the rounds but when should I take her to the doctors? She is still managing to eat and drink but very shivery without regular meds. Wwyd ?
