Irregular vomiting

Anyone have any experience of this - DD who is 2.5 vomited once last Friday morning, again yesterday morning (just once again) and then twice today. Totally fine immediately before and after. No temp or any other illness symptoms. Does this sound like a bug? Do you think I should take her to a doc?

Sounds viral! Ds had a similar thing aged 3ish. Range of symptoms over three or four days including intermittent vomitting. On fourth day he had a massive d&v clear out and then the next day sounded husky as and lost his voice! It took about a week but no more vomitting once he'd lost his voice!!

Both my DSs have had similar over the last week or so. With some intermittent diarrhoea and fever too. They're pretty much over it bar a few runny poos. Actually I've had it too, all been off our food but generally ok.
