I've got a usually very healthy little boy just turning 2 tomorrow. About an hour ago, I passed him something and noticed his arms and hands were shaking vigorously. It stopped after a minute to just gentle shivering then stopped altogether. And ideas?

Could it be too long since he's eaten? I get visibly shaky when my blood sugar falls too low.
