I know I'm being daft, but DD, nearly 2, has been throwing up since 7am. She's not eaten anything (obviously fine), she's still BF when I'm around (work 3 days a week) and has had B milk. She's been asking for water which she's quaffed down, she's had one full nappy (wee), so I wasn't too worried. But, She has, in the last hour become quite hot (she managed to throw the thermometer down the toilet last week). Literally won't move from my person. I'm pretty sure she's fine, but in the back of my mind I'm a bit scared. I KNOW I'm being PFB.

Please tell me they a throw up, feel grotty and have a bit of a temp. Silly mama...

They throw up and feel grotty etc etc... but listen to your instinct and if you are worried get her checked out. They never mind seeing a little one.

Definitely follow your instinct. If calpol won't bring the temp down or she becomes listless or difficult to rouse then get medical advice. Poor wee thing.

Dd1 is especially prone to high high temps but our GP told us it's behaviour that is a better guide to whether or not to worry.
