My six and a half year old daughter has not lost any of her baby teeth, in fact she two adult teeth have grown behind her bottom front baby teeth. None of her teeth are wobbly. What I want to know is should I just be patient or ask the dentist to extract the two baby teeth so that her adult teeth can move forward.

be patient. it's normal .
the adult back teeth grow in behind the baby teeth.

and you definitely don't want the adult teeth to move forward!
