My daughters tummy is very swollen at times, it does go down occasionally but not completely. It's really obvious. It also feels solid. You might be able to see that she isn't a chunky child with extra baby fat to shift, she is fairly slim. She is two years old and clothes wise she is anywhere from 6-9 in shorts, 9-12/12-18 in trousers but in tops we have to buy a 3/4 because her belly sticks out so much, yet the rest of it just drowns her.
