I have 2 very good friends who I have known for a long time! they both have children but they both seem to be passing on the bad hygiene on to them, one has 2 children with headline and she actively picks their hair in public and the other has a 1 children who constantly has a grubby face and snot dripping constantly from their nose. i know children are hard to keep clean and tidy all the time but it's the same all the time. Should I say something??
