My DC are now in YR1. Back when they were around 3 1/2 I took them to the GP clinic for their vaccinations. I don't remember the appointment particularly clearly, it was a while ago, but I'm pretty sure they had two jabs each and I know I asked if they needed any more vaccinations before their tween/teen years and was told "No". But I have recently received calls from the GP's office telling me they have no record of the Pre-school booster. I've had a look in the red book and only the MMR line is filled in but not the DTaP/IPV line. But the clinics record keeping has been poor before so I am not sure whether my recollection of there being 2 jabs each and the response to my question is more reliable.
Is there a risk to them having the 4-in-1 booster twice?
And if not can I get it done somewhere other than the GP's clinic (the doctors when we see them are good, but everything else about the clinic I find a bit ropey, so would like to go somewhere I could have more confidence in)?
