Off food and pale poo

Hi new to mums net but seeing as I was constantly reading threads thought it was time to join.
DS 16 months has been off his food, eating but not as much (normally eats everything in sight) and having very pale soft (not runny) poo's for the last 3 days. He's quite happy, sleeping fine but has a bit of a snotty/runny nose. I think his canines may be on the way could this cause the change in poo? It's not happened with previous teeth. Anyone else experienced this should I ring the Doctor?
TIA

Pale (ie kind of white tinged) poo usually means some sort of tummy bug working it's way out

When DS has this it's usually a virus that goes in a couple of days.
