DD 7 has developed strange twitch her eyes

she sort of shoots eyes to one side and does funny twitch, its getting more repetative been in last few weeks...am going to phone doctor but am wonderging what has suddenly caused this would stress cause it?

she doesnt seem as happy this term as last...but not majorly sad either...

Could be a number of causes but best to get it checked out. Our son developed an eye problem and initially it wasn't clear if it was neurological or ophthalmic. There was even discussion at one point that it could have been virus related. Fortunately it resolved itself after a period of glasses and patching (he was very young) but I was surprised at the time about the various possibilities that were raised as likely causes. Would follow up ASAP with your GP if it's been going on for a few weeks.

By twitch do you mean she or her eye twitches?

both her eye seem to roll up, dart up to one side, a quick flash

sort of, but not constant....I think I have seen what they are talking about - constant flickering this is more like an intermitant twictch
