Twitches in sleep

My dd who is 4 twitches in sleep. It's very subtle like the odd twitch of the foot or hand and not repetive but at some points in the night quite regular. Should I be concerned? I do sometimes wonder if she has restless legs syndrome too as when she is tired she can't keep her legs still before going to sleep and it does run in my family.

I think all children ( and adults ) do that.
My sis was a very twitchy baby, however she does have restless leg syndrome. Don't we all have a syndrome of some kind?
Please try not to worry it is quite normal, my own daughter was a twitchy baby, I think most are. I think it's to do with dreaming.

Thanks blue . Can I ask if your daughter still does it now? My daughter 4 now and although I know babies do it I wasn't sure about children.
