Myself and 6yr old dd had a tummybug all last night,dd vomited 15+ times.

Shes not eaten today and has drunk a little. Shes complaining of tummy pains/cramps which are sore enough to make her cry.

Ive no idea what to do to ease them,we have tried a warm bath and hot water bottle. Any ideas?

Does milk of magnesia still exist? It's what i used to give my 15 yo ds when he was little. hot water bottle sounds good. did it help? even a little? lots of cuddles, a new dvd. also when my youngest ds,5, was sick a lot doc suggested 5ml of flat coke (not diet) every 10 mins and it actually seemed to help. might help if your dd is still not drinking much.

If you had it too you sure it wasn't food poisoning?

Hope you both feel better soon.
