My DD ate about 3cm-ish of coloured paper (from a lift-the-flap book, so slightly thicker paper). She gagged/coughed, so I flipped her and patted her back which dislodged it but I couldn't get it out of her mouth, could feel it but she wasn't playing ball and kept chomping on my finger with her new teeth (ouch!).
I then couldn't see/feel it so gave her water and some BM and am sure it ghas been swallowed. The PFBness is this: it wouldn't have gone down her windpipe without it making her choke would it, thereby notifying us? My rational brain says of course not and that she has swallowed it (especially as she has drunk since), but she is my first-born!
Thank you in advance!
