DD fractured her collarbone in May then about a week later dizzy spells, ear pain and hearing loss with loud noise started. After any trips to gp she was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis and we were advised it would go within a few weeks which it did.
However it has now started again with all the same symptoms and dr has checked ear and no infection is present so we were told to give her paracetamol/ibuprofen. I am at a loss now as to what to do as everyday she is suffering.
Does anyone have experience of this condition? Will it reoccur now often? I was hoping once it had gone before it would not return.
