Are they really bad for your lungs? I was always told when younger, not to breathe hairspray, body sprays etc in, when using them in a closed room like the bathroom, but have never been sure why and what effect it has on you. Reason I'm asking is dd has a bad chest fairly often and just wondering if it's worth not using any sprays in the house and throwing away our automatic air freshener in the living room, or would this not have any effect on her?
