3 year old with concussion?

So yesterday nearly 24 hours ago my child had two falls in the space of an hour - slipped in the kitchen onto the back of his head and head first into the sofa - both looked like bad head bangs but he cried for a few seconds then got over it - he is pretty clumsy at times.

He seemed fine yesterday - he did fall asleep in the car on a short trip a few hours afterwards and I struggled to wake him but was happy once he was awake. Due to to his late sleep in the day he didn't go bed until 10pm

Slept fine, but woke urging like he was going to be sick and has been sick a few times this morning but it's bile. He's in and out of sleep too.

I thought it was a bug but partner thinks it could be concussion due to head knocks. But he was fine yesterday. Wouldn't he of been sick yesterday if it was concussion?

And we haven't been anywhere he could of possibly caught a bug as been stuck in most of the time due to moving house. We did visit family yesterday but they haven't had it

Any advice?

I think I would take him to see a doctor.

A&E. Sorry, it does sound like concussion, and it's best to get it checked out, especially if he's being sick. It's bruising on the brain (caused by it crashing into the skull) so can get worse over a few hours as the bruise develops I think.

I would definitely take him to A&E to be on the safe side.

A&E too
