What is this rash?

Dd3, 2 years old. Typical viral symptoms. Temperature, cough, snotty nose, has had a few spots. A bit like the start of chicken poc tho defo already had it (one c pox). Thought it might be hand, foot and mouth but now doubt that. She had one or two spots on face. Now has about 20 between bathtime and now. Any ideas? On face only (had some in nappy are yesterday).

Could still be chicken pox.

They have to get it strong to build up the immune against it apparently.

I know this as DS got it for the third time last year. It was so severe he had to be hospitalised and isolated the doctors told me that he didn't hadn't developed the defences against it even though he'd has it twice before.

If it is only a mild dose they get they will more than likely it again.
