DD keeps getting temperatures.

Every two weeks roughly, DD gets a high temperature. It reaches anywhere up for 39.8 and calpol/medicine tends to bring it down to about 38.1 at best but she gets no other symptoms with it. No cough or cold, no sickness just really upset (more a whimpering cry) cuddly and tired, has no energy and will lay on the sofa all day which isn't like her at all. She will often spike a slight temperature in the night 38.2 ish then wake up in the morning totally fine with her normal temperature of 36.6 as if nothing happened. I feel like I can't really take her to GP as she dosent actually have any 'ill' symptoms.

Well I think that the fever IS a symptom. And it's regular enough that you can go to the GP and explain.

Fever is indicative of an infection somewhere within the body. Make an appointment asap.

Could she be teething coffee? Mine always had/have random fevers when teething.

Google PFAPA. I had it.

I know this is an old post but what was the outcome of this? I think my son might have something similar. Fever and sore throat every 2 weeks like clockwork, lasts 48 hours, no other symptoms. Happening for the last 6-7 months, I'm at my wits end!!!
