Buck teeth

My 7 yr old sons front teeth seem to stick out a bit and it looks worse now that the two either side have fallen out. Just wondered if they tend to wait until all the adult teeth are in before considering orthodontic treatment.

Yes orthodontic treatment starts when all the baby teeth are out, your dentist will let you know when the time is right.
