chicken pox anguish

My dd has had CP for 10 days now, it would have been 6 days but she has 2 spots left on her hand. She is supposed to go to school tomorrow to meet her teacher for reception....will putting a plaster over the two unscabbed CP be ok? I have tried everything to hurry up the vanquishing of these darn spots but no luck ....Am desperate!!!

She should be fine - the health protection agency now adovcates staying off school for 5 days after onset of rash - see here for example

Covering is probably a good idea tho, and maybe check with the school that there are no immune suppressed kids in reception this year.
