diarrhea 4 yr old

So my 4 yr old has had diarrhea for 3 days, I took to gp as concerned about dehydration but all fine. So she is now passing formed softish poos, but has severe stomach cramps Wich result in her goin on Loo massive fart and poop. I no cramps are normal when having diarrhea but after it has gone??? Its just upsetting seeing her literally screaming with these waves of cramps.

I think that this is normal as the intestines get used to solid food again, if they've been empty for a while then air will have built up in there. Keep the food to small, frequent portions of relatively bland food.
