Toddler wee problems

Hello
DS was toilet trained at 2.5 and now he is about to turn 3 I am getting increasingly frustrated having to clean the floor and wall when he uses the loo. His opening is more towards the front than on the end, and quite tight. Consequently, when he wees the end balloons, and wee squirts over the pan and onto the floor and wall, (and my hand) despite me aiming it carefully!
Will this get better with time, or does he need medical attention?

A quick word with GP first I think

Does he get balanitis?

Not sure what that is? He doesn't have any pain or redness, just a wonky aim!

This does need to be seen by GP- google 'hypospadius' and 'phimosis'

Not serious problems at all, I should say, but may need treatment
