Burps/hiccups/bloated tummy

Lo just two, has been burping alot for the past two days, very unusual, now has also done afew hiccups too.

Then 3 poos, which is unusual too

slightly bloated tummy too

She's off colour, not herself, but no temperature.

111 say just wind...

Could it be anything else?

Personally, I would keep an eye on her, but not worry too much. Sounds like a stomach bug. However, if you feel it is something more, take her to A&E
