Unable to get sample) she finished her last course of anti biotics 2 days ago and is ill again. Temp 39 with chills. She has had a kidney scan (normal) but no other tests. What should I do?

If it's a normal ultrasound she has had, then now she needs an MCUG and/or a DMSA scan and referral to urologist for further assessment. Maybe even being put onto prophylactic antibiotic dose to prevent kidney scarring. You can google those scans

Probably not the case but could it be diet. I have heard that too much ribena (or sugar) can cause utis. But also maybe constipation so lots of water.
