How much time between 'parallel' teeth?

Hi,

my DS popped tooth No 7 at 9 3/4 months. He is now 11 months and we are still waiting for tooth No 8 - the parallel one to No 7.

How much longer can that wait be? For the first two pairs, there were only a few days between the two, for the third pair there were three weeks, but that one... ?
