Anyone understand blood test results - packed cell volume & eosinophil count?

Ds had a full blood count last month, when he was under a general anaesthetic, his gp wanted to check his iron levels and do a full blood count. He has a genetic condition, and has some health issues.

She said that it all looked ok, but gave me a print out and said to discuss it with his paed next month.

The 2 'abnormal' readings were a below range packed cell volume - 0.308 and a raised eosinophil count - 1.03

Does anyone know what these levels refer to, and whether they are roughly in the right place or if it is just a slight elevation/decrease?
