Anyone know how best to soothe this rash?

My two year old dd has been playing in the garden today and has tonight developed this rash at the top of her thigh. Im assuming its a grass reaction rash but it looks very sore anddd is suffering with it.

Ive given her a cool bath (which she screamed throughout) would some piriton help? Ive put a bit of sudocrem on it to try and take some of the stinginess off anything else?

Yes, definitely to the Piriton.

Perhaps some calpol if it hurts? Poor mite! Hope she feels better soon!

Hi Hissy, yes its a lot calmer today thankyou, the piriton and calpol helped. I think she must have had a reaction to the grass in the garden!
