My daughter turned 10 a few weeks ago and just before we finished school she started with a slight stutter. We went on holiday and she was fine, back to school this week and it has started again. Any help advice welcome

Contact your local children's speech & language therapy department. look on the bsa (British stammering association) website for information too.

My DS(14) has speech and language difficulties. When he's stressed he stutters. Other DC on his class (I know their parents - and it's a specialist speech and language resource unit) often stutter/stammer when going through a difficult time. I think your DD must be in yr5? Quit often they do mock SATS then - do you think she's a bit worried about that?
