DD Almost 1 has come out with weird rash/red type marks on her arms and legs. It looks a bit like eczema but it doesn't seem to be bothering her. Randomly, she's also now got a big yellow spot on her back (although this could just be coincidental) No other symptoms (temperature , loss of appetite etc) and seems her usual happy self. I haven't changed diet, washing powder or anything so don't think its an allergic reaction. It's on the tops of her arms, her forearms and the tops of her thighs.
Can't upload photo as I'm on my phone. Is it worth a trip to the drs tomorrow? Any advice much appreciated. First time mum so no experience
