Growing pains

A few months ago I read a thread on here and someone recommended trying vitamin D for growing pains.
My 5 year old used to wake in tears roughly once a week and I myself used to suffer as a child.
Well I'd like to thank whoever it was that gave that advice as DS hasn't had any pains at all since starting on daily vitamin D 3 months ago, and he's definitely grown since then!
Thought I'd share in case this is of any use to anyone. Smile

We all had it in my family, yes every one of us. We'd call Mom " my legs are aching" it progressed to " my eggs are laking". Never took supplements , they weren't around then, I'll take on board our advice.
