Hello there all! Just after a bit of advice. My 5 ur old son has had an upset stomach for the past couple days, he keeps passing what just looks like water from his back passage & like a foam like substance. Not ill in himself but literally if he has to pass wind, his little pants end up wet.
Any ideas? I haven't taken him to the gp as he's fine in himself, but not sure if I should be more worried?
