Does anyone's DC wear jewellery etc to inform of a medical condition?

If so where did you buy it from and what info did you have engraved in it?

Not quite the same but dh has one for his allergies. It's a necklace that you can twist open and keep a small note in it with info. No engraving so can be info can be easily updated.

DD has a Medic Alert bracelet - I discussed with them what should go on it, as they have specific things for different conditions. Hers has the Medic Alert phone no, a list of her conditions, and a warning about a specific medication. And her Membership number.

My brother has unstable diabetes and has a medic-alert bracelet

DD 4 wears alert bands for epilepsy. They are those rubber wrist bands which are popular. We got them from Amazon. They have tons of designs for different conditions. She only wears it when she is somewhere like a play centre birthday party when she is not with me and not with people who know her well. Not everyone looks at 'jewellery' for medical info so I found the bright band with the bright single word EPILEPTIC on it much more useful for the age of DD and she likes to wear it. Plus it was super cheap so it doesn't matter when we lost/break them as I bought loads!
