My little boy is cmpa and has silent refux. He has been put on amoxicillin today for chest and throat infection. After one dose he had a very runny nappy(not normal!) and I'm sure I can see some spots developing around his mouth after second dose...is this normal? Should I worry?

I would suggest you ring the NHS helpline before giving anymore. There will be someone there to advise you and I would think they would want to change the antibiotic to another broad spectrum one. Hope your poorly boy feels better soon Thanks
