Very young babies can have very runny and frequent poo. IS she feeding ok? Does she seem very sleepy?

MrsMaturin · 07/05/2014 22:13

Breast fed or bottle fed btw?

TheMightyMing · 07/05/2014 22:18

Keep an eye on her fontanelle- the soft spot on top of her head- if it looks sunken seek advice as that indicates dehydration. Hope she picks up. If you are worried- don't hesitate to go to A and E.

she's bottle Fed, been topping her up with little water to stop dehydration. luckily I think it has stopped now.

just give her extra milk no water at this age unless a medical professional has told you to give water. Their electrolit balance can go wrong very quickly at this age with just water, so it should be milk only unless under medical care.

Agree with Migril. How are things today? Smile
