3 year old high temp and vomiting.

My son has been fine all day, went to bed ok but woke up at 11.30pm being sick and had a temp of 39.2. Cleaned him up, gave juice and neurofen but he is still boiling and tossing and turning and can't get back to sleep. He has also developed a runny nose. I keep checking for rashes but so far just flushed red cheeks.

I am just concerned about scarlet fever. I guess i just have to wait for the rash before taking him to see anyone?

Was meant to add i think he also has a sore throat as drinking loads of juice, plus i have a sore throat.
