Omg we have a date for ds's transplant. It's all happened quite quick and it's in 3 weeks Shock

I've gone from shocked to nervous to terrified to even more terrified the closer it gets!

I don't know your back story but imagine that being on the waiting list must have been a strain, what exciting news now for you and your family.

I can imagine the very mixed feelings you have right now, fear of what lies ahead and excitement that his life should change for the better too. Wishing you all the best of luck through the procedure - please do come and update us as it goes ahead and afterwards. I would love to hear how he is getting along and how you are coping too.
