Could this be chicken pox

DD2 is nearly 7mths old. I think she may have chicken pox, but I am not sure. She has eczema and has a spot on her face, which I thought was an infected scratch, but it have noticed more pimples behind her ears and on her chest. The spot on her face looks like a classic CP blister (identified from google), but none of the other spots are. It might be a heat rash.

She is feeding fine, and is no fussier than normal, temp is 37, so no fever. Not sure what to do really...

It really could be, sometimes children get the odd one or two spots and it's not enough to have a full blown case of cp, therefore they are not immune afterwards.

It might be that the other spots have still go to develope a bit. Only time will tell
