What do these blood results mean?

DS got these blood results today. (I requested a printout as the receptionist said there were some abnormalities).

Mean cell volume: below range - 77.9 fL (80.0 - 100.0) - outside reference range

Lymphocyte count: below range - 1.7 10*9/L (5.5 - 8.5) - outside reference range

Combined total vit D2 and D3: below range: 41nmol/L (50 - 150) - outside reference range

All other tests within range.

The vit D is borderline apparently. Not sure how he can be Vit D deficient, we live on the south coast of England and he's out a fair amount.

Have started googling low lymphocyte and have come up with several nasties.

Does anyone know what these could mean?
DS went to the Dr because of leg pain.

I've asked for the Dr to give me a bell tomorrow (our surgery doubles as the walk in so is open weekends), but I'd appreciate any advice or info.

Both myself and dD1 were bit D deficient it is extremely common that I know. Easily fixable with supplements. We are SE and out a lot too.

I'm afraid no knowledge of other results.

Thanks for the reply, that's reassuring :)

It's the low lymphocytes which are worrying me most tbh

DS is Pescetarian, although he was effectively vegetarian for ages. I wonder if that could be a link.
