Advice please

My two year old son has a pea sized lump inside the skin on his penis shaft, i have called 111 and they told me not to worry but I can't stop. When his winky is standing up you can see the lump and his winky looks a funny shape and when his winky if floppy you can actually hold the lump between two fingers ??
Anyone experienced this?

Is it a white lump? Ds1 has one no idea what it is probably just a fatty lump, he's had it a while, used to have another one but that went on its own, I'm sure this will do the same
