Have the Chickenpox left scars?

DS2 got chicken pox about a month ago. He was really good at not scratching, but half his chicken pox blisters are still there as scars. Will they carry on fading, or are they here to stay? DS1 got it after him, but totally differently - many more, smaller scabs formed. He hardly has a mark. DS2 got much bigger blisters, but then only had about 50 in total.

Anyone else with recent chicken pox care to comment on the look of the marks?

DS2 is very nearly 3, btw.

Dd had a nasty bout of chickenpox aged 3, over 300 spots. She has about 15-20 which have scarred, but 6 months on they have faded to paler spots of skin, only one or two have raised areas around. I don't hink any one else would notice them, I have to be looking for them ifswim.
