Ridges on baby's nails

My 10 month old DD has vertical ridges on her nails, running from the nail bed and fanning out to the tips. There are probably 4 or 5 ridges per nail, big enough that you can feel them. The nails aren't cracked, just....ridged. Like crinkle cut crisps.

Any ideas? Am worried it could be some kind of vitamin deficiency. She's still breastfeeding 4 times a day (ish) and eating 3 solid meals with a good appetite. I am bringing her up veggie as both DH and I don't eat meat or fish, but she's getting plenty of dairy, eggs, pulses/lentils, green veg etc.

Ridges on nails can be a sign of anaemia, maybe see your Gp to check?
