Frequent urination and a high temp

For the life of me I can't find our thermometer, but I can tell DD (3) is a bit hot. She's complaining she's hot. I've noticed she's weeing an awful lot too - maybe four/five times in an hour and not drinking any more than usual. Does this sound like a little infection? Docs? She seems OK in herself otherwise, just a bit extra grizzly at night. Thanks!

Sounds like it could be a uti to me. (Not a hcp though!) Poor thing. Would take her to see GP.

Thanks! Typical it's a weekend. I'll see how she is tomorrow and give her some Calpol tonight.
