What bugs are going around

Just that really, DD(2) is feeling ropey today, feels hot to touch and has a snot stream. She's lying on the sofa and doesn't want her dinner but is still chatting away in between napping. Wondering how long a stretch we're in for this time and if it's going to get worse or if this is it. Poor little sod.

I know children at the moment with

Chicken Pox
Slapped Cheek
Measles

Lots of sickness, diarrhoea, flu, colds, tonsillitis and everything in between

The usual as said above plus scarlet fever

Scarlet fever is going around a lot here.

DS has had a chest infection and tonslitis, as well as scarlet fever in the last month.

There also seem to be some nasty viruses going around which are just like very nasty colds and hard to shift

Thanks, I suppose it's just that time of year. It came out of nowhere, no idea what it is. It's a blummin shame, she's in bed now and seems to have cooled down a bit. Got a feeling she's going to have a disturbed night and I'll have a toddler hogging the bed later.
