Should I be worried about these nappies?

DS has just turned 1 and has been having pastey pale coloured nappies for weeks now. He's recently had a virus which gave him diarrhoea but this has cleared up and we're back to pastey. His appetite is good and varied. I thought it might be intolerance to something but he's had things like cow's milk and wheat in his diet since 6 months. He's also still bf. Otherwise fit, well and happy.

I know he can do solid poos as he has done in the past.

Anyone got any similar experiences or advice please?

my daughter is 1 on the 20th and she was ill a couple of weeks ago and her poo is normally solid but when she was ill it was like water, but she isn't ill anymore but her poo is still a little soft, ive started giving her Weetabix (roughage) and her poo has gone more solid, but if you baby has quite a lot of fluids this will make it a bit watery,..
all I can say is try him on a bit of roughage.. HTH

DS aged 2 always has very pale poo when he is ill. Often that is the first sign of his illness and they tend to go back to normal after a few days.

He's still got a bit of a cough so maybe that's behind it. Thanks teasle we're on the weetabix now!
